Cheryl\u00a0has supplied several training courses to my team and I over the last few months and I have found it to be tailored exactly to the right level according to audience, circumstance and location. Cheryl employs well practised techniques to control and guide her learners to achieve the best they can. Cheryl uses a combination of tried and tested techniques on both traditional and innovative training tools. There is fun to be had in Cheryl’s training but the focus remains on achieving the aims and objectives of the training session. I and my team would whole-heartedly recommend Cheryl as a trainer.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve known Cheryl for over 10 years, mainly in her capacity as Deputy Manager at our St Petrocs Care Home in Bodmin. Cheryl has always been a hard-working and dedicated team member and included within her role that of the company Manual Handling Trainer. When she approached us to reduce her hours and start her own business as a Manual Handling and First Aid Trainer we were more than happy to give her as much help as we could. She now provides Manual Handling and First Aid Training across our company. Clearly, her background working in Care Homes allows her to understand really well the issues faced by care teams in Residential Care Homes and is able to tailor her courses more specifically to those needs. I know all of our Managers and Care Team members rate the training that they receive from Cheryl very highly.<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
